Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Commercial Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, partnering with the sales team and Senior Commercial Counsel. The role focuses on risk management, contract lifecycle improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with finance and legal.

Remote role reporting to Senior Commercial Counsel, with an emphasis on practical business advice, timely deal execution, and compliance with privacy and information security requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating and drafting SaaS and other commercial agreements.
• Excellent drafting skills and strong business judgment.
• In-house and/or top-tier law firm commercial practice preferred.
• Privacy law and information security knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex SaaS sales agreements with customers and prospects.
• Provide practical business counsel to sales and deal teams.
• Improve contract management processes, playbooks, and templates.
• Collaborate with legal, commercial leadership, and finance on risk assessment.
• Support partnerships, vendors, and IP licensing matters as needed.
