Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to own drafting, redlining, and negotiation of complex SaaS and cloud software agreements. You will partner with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Product, and Information Security to drive deal velocity while mitigating risk.

The role emphasizes scalable contracting operations, CLM governance, and the adoption of AI-driven tools to improve efficiency. Hybrid work in a fast-paced tech environment is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in contract management or commercial transactions, ideally in a fast-paced tech company.
• Hands-on drafting, redlining, and negotiating high-value agreements end-to-end.
• In-depth SaaS & cloud knowledge, including SLAs and data privacy basics.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations with business velocity and stakeholder rapport.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and self-directed.
• Bachelor’s degree plus CPCM/CCC M or paralegal cert or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct drafting, redlining and negotiation of MSAs, cloud service agreements, SOWs, DPAs, NDAs, and related licenses.
• Partner with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Product and Information Security to ensure deal velocity and risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, templates, CLM governance, and drive AI-enabled contract automation.
