Job summary

LumApps is seeking a Senior Account Executive for our US team, ideally based in Texas or nearby states. You will identify and close new commercial accounts up to 5,000 employees in a competitive market, helping build the next category-defining employee experience platform.

You are a hunter with 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales, MEDDIC discipline, and a track record of meeting a $1M quota. You will develop pipeline, engage executives, collaborate with SDRs, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B SaaS solution selling.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales plan to prospect, nurture and close deals.

• Build pipeline independently through outbound prospecting and networking.
• Collaborate with SDRs and pre-sales engineers to move opportunities forward.
• Engage executives across HR, IT, and leadership to close deals.
• Partner with system integrators and resale partners to expand reach.
• Represent LumApps at marketing events to engage prospects.
