Job summary

Wonderlic is a remote-first company seeking an Account Executive to accelerate new-logo growth for Wonderlic Select and Wonderlic Develop. You will build executive relationships, articulate business value, and close strategic deals with large clients across the U.S.

You will manage a sales cycle from prospecting to close, transition new clients to Customer Success, and stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS subscription-based sales.
• Experience selling to SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: identify potential clients and demonstrate how Wonderlic solutions meet their goals.
• Close new business and increase revenue through the sales cycle.
• Ensure smooth transition of won customers to Customer Success.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings and market conditions.
• Leverage curiosity to provide strategic insights to customers.
