Job summary

Wonderlic is seeking a seasoned Account Executive to lead new-logo sales for Wonderlic Select and Wonderlic Develop. You will drive growth by building relationships with key decision-makers, translating complex capabilities into business value, and closing strategic deals.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, partner with Customer Success, and stay ahead on product offerings, market trends, and competitive dynamics to shape our sales approach and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS subscription-based sales.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying roles across SMB/Mid-Market/Enterprise.
• Experience sourcing and building your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by identifying and targeting potential clients and demonstrating how Wonderlic solutions meet their goals.
• Engage in strategic selling to understand and align with customer objectives.
• Manage opportunities through the sales cycle and close new business to increase revenue.
• Ensure smooth transition of won customers to Customer Success.
