Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Account Manager for SA360 in the US Retail space. You will manage enterprise client relationships, drive growth across top accounts, and apply SA360 expertise to deliver measurable search marketing outcomes.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, advocate for Google ad tech, and help clients achieve ambitious goals through strategic, data-driven solutions. This role offers significant impact and growth within Google’s LCS organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships at various organizational levels.
• Develop, drive, and renew these relationships across upper levels.
• Work with Retail Media networks to advocate for Google's ad tech products.
• Scope and understand customer objectives to consult on SA360 technology adoption.
• Collaborate with SA360 owners to identify opportunities within accounts.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to drive customer communications and issue resolution.
• Act as the escalation point for client issues and resource coordination.
