Job summary

Google in the US seeks a Senior Account Manager for SA360, LCS, Retail to build trusted relationships with enterprise advertisers, develop strategies, and drive successful search marketing implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Platforms, gTech, and LCS, manage key client and agency relationships, and champion the adoption of SA360 technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• Experience with the Search Ads 360 platform.
• Retail industry knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven solution-based selling and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships at various organizational levels.
• Develop, drive, and renew relationships with Retail Media networks to advocate for Google's ad tech products.
• Scope and understand objectives to consult on SA360 adoption for search marketing success.
• Collaborate with SA360 owners and cross-functional teams to drive customer communications and issue resolution.
• Act as the escalation point for resolution of client issues.
