Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Manager of Sales & Operations Planning to establish the S&OP function, design a data-driven planning framework, and determine where across sites each part is manufactured for optimal balance of capacity, cost, and delivery.

You will influence executives and work across Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management to strengthen execution discipline. Equal parts builder and operator.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading S&OP, demand planning, or integrated business planning.
• Deep understanding of capacity planning and inventory management.
• Experience building and leading planning talent.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the S&OP process across platforms and sites.
• Establish governance, cadence, and decision forums for S&OP.
• Align demand, supply, sales, capacity and financial plans with exec leadership.
• Lead monthly S&OP reviews with accountable owners and outcomes.
• Develop analytics, dashboards, and reporting to drive data-driven decisions.
• Model network capacity and allocate parts to sites with capability.
• Define sellable capacity and translate pipelines into capacity implications.
• Lead, coach, and develop a capacity planning team and establish standard work.
