Hadrian is hiring a Production Planner to own the detailed production schedule, release work orders, and track progress across operations to keep the factory on time. You will set milestones, resolve conflicts, and maintain trusted data in ERP and MES, reporting to the Sr.

Manager of Production Planning & Scheduling with a dotted line to the site GM. You’ll partner with Production leadership to prioritize, recover when behind, and support schedule reviews with clear communication of risks and

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or shop floor operations.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, work orders, sequencing, and priorities.
• Hands-on ERP and/or MES experience with emphasis on data accuracy.
• Analytical skills with schedule data; Excel required; SQL/BI a plus.
• Clear communicator able to align floor, programs and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the detailed production schedule across all operations.
• Release work orders to the floor and track progress through every operation.
• Set milestone dates on all work orders reflecting real commitments.
• Collaborate with Production leadership to set priorities and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor progress, flag constraints and delays early to protect milestones.
• Develop recovery schedules and communicate changes and risks clearly.
• Support daily scheduling meetings and weekly schedule reviews.
• Maintain schedule data accuracy in ERP and MES systems.
• Partner with GTM teams and internal Operations to convert needs into executable schedules.
• Support rate readiness reviews and NPI kickoffs when applicable.
