Job summary

Hadrian is hiring a Production Planner to own the detailed production schedule, release work orders, and track progress across all operations. You will work with Production leadership to set priorities, resolve conflicts, and keep schedule data accurate in ERP/MES systems.

This hands-on role reports to the Sr. Manager of Production Planning & Scheduling and supports continuous improvement as we scale the Factory-as-a-Service platform. A bias for action and strong data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP and MES systems and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the detailed production schedule across all operations.
• Release work orders to the floor and track progress through every operation.
• Set milestone dates on all work orders to drive priorities.
• Collaborate with Production leadership to resolve conflicts and sequence jobs.
• Monitor progress and flag constraints early to protect milestones.
• Develop recovery schedules and communicate risks and plans clearly.
• Support daily scheduling meetings and weekly reviews with accurate status.
• Maintain ERP/MES data integrity and accurate schedules.
