Job summary

Galderma, a leading dermatology company in the U.S., seeks a senior supply chain leader to own S&OP/IBP and S&OE across the US, aligning demand, production and inventory with strategic objectives.

You will define structures and dashboards (Power BI), drive cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Planning, Logistics and Sales, and ensure governance under RACI while continuously improving processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in S&OP/S&OE processes
• Strong forecasting, planning and supply chain knowledge
• Interpersonal and presentation skills, able to manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams – Oracle Cloud ERP experience a plus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• APICS/ASCM certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end S&OP/IBP processes for the US, aligning demand and supply with business objectives
• Define structures, templates, and data dashboards (Power BI) for standardized reporting across BUs
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to balance supply and demand and resolve constraints
• Ensure cadence, accountability, and RACI compliance in S&OP and S&OE meetings
• Drive automation and data flow improvements to enhance forecast accuracy and visibility
• Coach teams on best practices and drive continuous improvements in S&OP/S&OE efficiency
