Job summary

Galderma seeks an Associate Director, Business Operations for US Aesthetics in Orange County. The role partners with the Aesthetics leadership team to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

You will drive cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, and other groups, support executive communications, and strengthen operating processes to accelerate portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field is required.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in strategic operations or consulting.
• Experience working with senior leadership on cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in regulated or considered-purchase categories such as aesthetics, healthcare, or pharma.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic and operational partner to the Aesthetics leadership team.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans with milestones and outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Sales, and other groups.
