Galderma is seeking a senior professional to own the end-to-end S&OP/IBP process for the U.S. organization.
The role requires coordinating demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory management with global directives and best-in-class benchmarks. The position also focuses on financial forecasting, supply chain health across BUs, and collaboration with Supply Chain Leadership to present decisions to senior management.

This role is responsible for ensuring the full effectiveness of S&OP and S&OE processes across the entire U.S. organization. It involves defining, coordinating, and optimizing these processes in alignment with global directives and best‑in‑class industry benchmarks. As the subject matter expert in demand and supply planning, as well as financial forecasting, this position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence. It ensures that supply chain processes support business priorities, strategic initiatives, and performance objectives. Additionally, the role oversees and strengthens supply chain health across all business units, delivering measurable improvements against all BUs and global supply chain KPIs. This role has a key commercial connection with all Business Unit teams and works closely with the Supply Chain Leadership Team to ensure that relevant supply chain choices are brought to leadership for visibility and decision making.
This position is primarily office‑based, requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $140,000 - $175,000.
