Job summary

Galderma Laboratories, LP in Miami, FL seeks a Senior Demand Planner, Consumer to lead SKU-level demand forecasting and provide actionable insights. You will partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Trade, Finance, and Product Lifecycle to ensure monthly forecast alignment and timely updates in Cloud Suite.

You will own the consensus Demand Plan, analyze performance, and push improvement actions across teams to minimize bias and maximize service levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 8 years in sales and operations planning, demand planning, or inventory management.
Strong understanding of planning processes and their impact on operations.
Experience with statistical forecasting methods and replenishment models.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain consensus demand plan for all SKUs for assigned Consumer accounts.
Collaborate with Sales monthly for forecast alignment and present insights.
Analyze retailer POS and shipped sales data to identify variances.
Drive actions to minimize deviations and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
Coordinate product launches, lifecycle changes, and cross-functional activities.
Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions for forecast accuracy.
