Job summary

Galderma is seeking a senior professional to own the end-to-end S&OP/IBP process for the U.S. organization.

The role requires coordinating demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory management with global directives and best-in-class benchmarks. The position also focuses on financial forecasting, supply chain health across BUs, and collaboration with Supply Chain Leadership to present decisions to senior management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with S&OP/S&OE processes.
• Strong forecasting and planning knowledge across supply chain.
• Interpersonal and presentation skills for cross-functional work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; Oracle ERP a plus.
• Analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
• APICS/ASCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end S&OP/IBP process alignment with demand, supply, and inventory.
• Define templates, data structures, and KPIs; standardize documentation across BUs.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to balance supply and demand and drive decisions.
• Lead change management and coaching to improve S&OP/IE processes.
• Manage compliance with RACI and global meeting standards.
