Job summary

Galderma Laboratories, LP in the United States is seeking a Senior S&OP/S&OE Leader to own end-to-end S&OP/IBP and 0-3 month demand/supply balancing, aligning forecasting, production planning, and inventory with business objectives. You will define structures, templates, and real-time dashboards (Power BI) across U.S.

Markets, and establish KPIs while driving cross-functional collaboration and change management to ensure timely, customer‑fulfilling decisions.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in S&OP / S&OE processes.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, planning, and supply chain processes.
  • Interpersonal and presentation skills, able to manage multiple projects and work with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams; Oracle Cloud ERP experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on continuous improvement and scalability.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • APICS/ASCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates cross-functional meetings to balance supply and demand and drive stakeholder alignment.
  • Manages calendars, meeting flow, and templates; ensures meetings adhere to RACI and standards.
  • Drives cross-functional collaboration, fostering knowledge-sharing and best-practice adoption.
  • Identifies, monitors, and reports key business assumptions, risks, and opportunities with mitigation plans.
  • Builds and optimizes systems to automate S&OP communication and data integration.
  • Leads change-management initiatives and secures leadership support through coaching.
  • Owns end-to-end S&OE process for 0-3 months demand/supply balancing.
  • Defines and maintains real-time data dashboards to enhance visibility.
  • Leads cross-functional collaboration for real-time decision-making across Demand, Supply, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Customer Service.
  • Monitors execution risks and deviations, ensuring corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
  • Strengthens communication between Business Units, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Implements and optimizes automation tools to streamline real-time data flows and forecast accuracy.

Job Overview

At Galderma, the role is responsible for ensuring the full effectiveness of S&OP and S&OE processes across the entire U.S. organization, defining, coordinating, and optimizing these processes in alignment with global directives and best‑in‑class industry benchmarks.

Responsibilities
  • Owns end‑to‑end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring seamless alignment of demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory management with business objectives.
  • Defines and maintains the overall structure, processes, templates, and data cockpits within Power BI, ensuring standardized documentation across all Business Units.
  • Establishes KPIs to measure process maturity, training effectiveness, and adherence rates.
  • Facilitates cross‑functional meetings to balance supply and demand, resolve constraints, and drive stakeholder alignment, ensuring consensus‑driven decision‑making and issue resolution.
  • Manages calendars, meeting flow, and templates; ensures each meeting within the S&OP sequence adheres to RACI framework and global meeting standards.
  • Drives cross‑functional collaboration, fostering knowledge‑sharing and best‑practice adoption across Business Units.
  • Identifies, monitors, and reports key business assumptions, risks, and opportunities, ensuring accountability for mitigation plans and escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Builds and optimizes systems to automate and streamline S&OP communication and data integration between U.S. Market, Plants, and Global Supply Chain.
  • Leads change‑management initiatives, driving process improvements, fostering organizational buy‑in, and securing leadership support through coaching and mentorship.
  • Owns end‑to‑end S&OE process, ensuring seamless execution of short‑term (0‑3 months) demand and supply balancing to support business objectives and customer fulfillment.
  • Defines and maintains structure, processes, templates, and real‑time data dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to enhance visibility and responsiveness across the execution horizon.
  • Leads cross‑functional collaboration to facilitate real‑time decision‑making between Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Customer Service.
  • Monitors execution risks and opportunities, identifying deviations from the plan and ensuring corrective actions are taken to minimize supply chain disruptions.
  • Strengthens communication and coordination between key stakeholders, including Business Units, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Implements and optimizes automation tools to streamline real‑time data flows, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance visibility across the supply chain execution process.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $140,000 - $175,000. Annual short‑term incentive program based on corporate performance. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) plan with employer match, generous paid time off, hybrid work schedules, and more.
