Job summary

Cytel in the United States (Phoenix area) is seeking a seasoned biostatistician/data scientist to support the Epidemiology team by preparing Real World Data, advising on analytic strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders across regulatory and medical affairs.

You will program and conduct analyses, develop study protocols, liaise with data vendors, create analytic databases, and present results to clients, with potential supervisory responsibilities in the future.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in related field with 5+ years of RWE analytics experience.
• Proficiency in SQL; SAS or R required.
• Experience with large RWD sources (claims/EHR) and data linkage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of study protocols and analysis plans leveraging large RWD sources (Claims and/or EHR).
• Liaise with data vendors to obtain data extracts for research studies.
• Create analytical databases to facilitate data analyses.
