Job summary

Cytel Inc. is seeking a senior RWE analytics professional in Atlanta to support Epidemiology with Real World data preparation and strategy development.

You will perform statistical analyses, code data, and link datasets to enable observational research across multiple pharma and regulatory projects. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD in epidemiology/biostatistics with 5+ years of RWE experience, and are proficient in SQL, SAS or R, and familiar with major data sources like Clinformatics

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in epidemiology, biostatistics, statistics, bioinformatics, or related field with 5+ years of RWE analytics experience in pharma, CRO, or academic settings.
• Strong SQL skills with SAS or R proficiency for analyses and reporting.
• Experience with large real-world data sources (Claims/EHR) and data standardization.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Epidemiology by preparing Real World data and advising on analytic strategies.
• Program and conduct statistical analyses, including data coding, algorithms, and dataset linkage.
• Create analytical databases and produce tables/figures for study reports and client discussions.
• Assist in regulatory/safety/clinical development activities using RWD.
• Prioritize work across multiple projects and communicate findings to stakeholders.
