Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a related field with 5+ years in RWE analytics for pharma, CRO, or academia.
• SQL proficiency required; SAS or R proficiency required.
• Deep experience with Optum Clinformatics Datamart, Truveta, and UK Biobank datasets.
• Familiar with relational databases and claims/ancillary file layouts.
• Experience with regression, survival, Cox, GLM/GEE, and propensity weighting.
• Excellent project management; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to summarize evidence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of study protocols and analysis plans using large RWD sources.
• Liaise with data vendors to obtain relevant data extracts for studies.
• Create analytical databases from data extracts to facilitate analyses.
• Conduct analyses per study protocols and analysis plans.
• Produce tables/figures for investigations, clients, and study reports.
• Present results internally and to clients.
• Assist in preparing study reports and deliverables.
• May have supervisory responsibilities in the future.
