Bish’s RV, Inc. in Urbana, IA is seeking an Experienced RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems. You will lead complex diagnostics, mentor junior technicians, and maintain high workmanship standards to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on RV repair experience, RVTI certification, and the flexibility to work Saturdays. You should bring a set of personal tools and be able to lift 25–50 lbs and pass required

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
• Must have a set of personal tools.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units for customer sales and service readiness.
• Diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis components.
• Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, and awnings.
• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking.
• Mentor entry-level and mid-level technicians; promote a safe, organized shop.
