Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking a skilled RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis components. The role emphasizes independent work with opportunities to mentor junior technicians and contribute to a collaborative shop culture.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of hands-on RV repair experience, RVTI certification, and a personal toolset.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience.
Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures.
RVTI certification required.
Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
Must have a set of personal tools and the ability to lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis and structural components.
Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings.
Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer delivery.
Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking.
Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level technicians.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and dealership standards.
