Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking an Experienced RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems. You will lead complex diagnostics, mentor junior technicians, and maintain high workmanship standards to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on RV repair, strong RV systems knowledge, and the ability to work independently or as a team leader in a fast-paced service department. Saturday work is required, with Sundays closed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures.
• RVTI certification (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units for customer sales and readiness.
• Diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis.
• Install aftermarket accessories (solar, satellite, leveling jacks, hitches, awnings).
• Complete pre-delivery inspections and prepare units for customer delivery.
• Maintain service records, parts usage, and time tracking.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians.
