Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. is looking for an Experienced RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems in our busy shop. You will work independently and mentor junior technicians while maintaining high workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of hands-on RV repair, RVTI certification, and be comfortable leading a team. You should have your own toolset and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of RV systems and repair procedures.
• RVTI certification required.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
• Own set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of RV systems (electric, plumbing, HVAC, appliances).
• Lead complex diagnostics and ensure timely service.
• Maintain accurate service records and parts usage.
• Provide on-the-job training to junior technicians.
• Ensure safety regulations and dealership standards.
• Install aftermarket accessories as needed.
• Prepare units for delivery and perform PDIs.
• Keep workspace organized and stocked.
• Support continuous improvement in shop efficiency.
