Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking a skilled RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair RV systems at the Kearney location. You will work independently and as part of a team, performing complex diagnostics and hands-on repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis components.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures.
• RVTI certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis).
• Lead complex diagnostics and repairs to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Install aftermarket accessories (solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, awnings).
• Complete pre-delivery inspections and prepare units for delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking.
