Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking an Experienced RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems. You will lead complex diagnostics, mentor junior staff, and ensure high workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on RV experience, RVTI certification, and the ability to work independently or as a team leader. A personal toolkit and fitness for physical work are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures.
• RVTI certification.
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
• Must have a set of personal tools.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs with assistance.
• Weekend schedule flexibility; Saturdays required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of RV makes/models.
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a collaborative shop environment.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect units for customer sales and prep for delivery.
• Diagnose and repair RV systems: electric, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, chassis.
