Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking an Experienced RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis components. You will lead diagnostics, mentor junior technicians, and maintain high workmanship and safety standards in a busy service department.

This role requires 4+ years hands-on RV repair experience, RVTI certification, ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and weekend work availability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures.
• RVTI certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units for customer sales.
• Diagnose and repair RV systems including but not limited to: electric (AC/DC), plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis, and structural components.
• Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings.
• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level technicians.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and dealership standards.
• Keep workspace organized, clean, and stocked with essential tools and materials.
