Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking an Experienced RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems. The role requires independent work and leadership to mentor juniors while maintaining high workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, and chassis systems; installing solar panels and other aftermarket gear; completing PDIs; and upholding safety and dealership standards in a fast-paced service shop.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures.
• RVTI certification.
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
• Have a set of personal tools.
• Physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of RV makes and models.
• Inspect units for customer sales and prepare for delivery.
• Diagnose and repair RV systems including electric, plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis.
• Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings.
• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level technicians.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and dealership standards.
• Keep workspace organized and stocked with essential tools and materials.
