Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. is actively seeking an Experienced RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a broad spectrum of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis.

You will lead diagnostics, mentor junior staff, and ensure high workmanship standards to boost customer satisfaction and shop efficiency. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on RV repair, RVTI certification, and the ability to work independently or as a team leader.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems and repair procedures.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of RV makes/models.
• Inspect units for customer sales and pre-delivery readiness.
• Install aftermarket accessories (solar, satellite, leveling jacks, hitches, awnings).
• Maintain service records and time tracking; train entry- and mid-level technicians.
