You will own major technical deliveries, design robust solutions, mentor through code reviews and RFCs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to unblock topics and deliver value for our customers.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience.
• Strong product and business understanding.
• Clear communication and ownership of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build reliable, scalable, user-focused products.
• Lead significant technical deliveries from concept to production.
• Improve engineering practices through code reviews, pair programming and RFCs.
