Job summary

Loadar is hiring a Middle/Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our development team. You will work across the core platform, collaborating with our technical lead and founder on real-world logistics problems, from database to user interface.

Responsibilities include building production Rails apps, modelling PostgreSQL data, and integrating with ERP/Carrier systems. We value ownership, clear communication, and English fluency for an international team. Remote from Europe with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and running production Rails applications.
• Strong PostgreSQL data modelling skills.
• Experience building APIs and integrating with third party systems.
• Comfortable across backend and frontend, taking a feature from DB to UI.
• Good written and spoken English; work with UK/Europe/US teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production Rails applications for Loadar platform.
• Model and optimize PostgreSQL schemas for reporting and operations.
• Build APIs and integrate with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, Oracle).
• Create end-to-end features from database to UI across frontend and backend.
