Qualifications

• 7-8 years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience.
• Strong product and business understanding; able to solve complex problems with users in mind.
• Clear and proactive communicator, ownership of reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand and frame user and product problems to deliver simple, pragmatic solutions.
• Lead significant technical deliveries within your squad from design to production.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues using monitoring and data analysis.
• Design robust, scalable, and reliable solutions with performance in mind.
• Contribute to high-impact initiatives across teams and squads.
• Improve engineering practices through code reviews, documentation, RFCs and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to unblock technical topics and communicate progress clearly.
• Contribute to Pennylane tech community through content, onboarding, and events.
