Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend F&A domain mastery with AI, agentic technologies, and modern ERP ecosystems to shape deals and build CFO-level relationships.

You will own the full deal lifecycle, drive thought leadership in Finance Reinvention, and deliver AI-enabled operating models across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A, including large-scale managed services engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years in large-scale F&A transformation with a sales component.
Minimum 5 years in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A domain.

Responsibilities

Lead F&A Sales and Practice — manage full deal lifecycle from pursuit to execution for global enterprise clients.
Drive CFO-level relationships—advise CFOs/CAOs, influence strategy and generate opportunities.
Design AI-first Finance solutions using agentic AI, automation, and ERP technologies.
Shape compelling value propositions and win large-scale managed services deals.
Deliver deep domain expertise in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, FP&A) and lead process re-engineering.
Set thought leadership agenda on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A.
