Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients, combining deep F&A expertise with fluency in AI and ERP ecosystems. You will drive deals from origination to close and build lasting CFO-level relationships across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

The role requires a proven track record in large-scale F&A transformation with a sales component, and hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled finance platforms. Travel up to 30% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation, consulting, or BPO with a sales or revenue component.
• CPA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit through project execution.
• Drive CFO-level relationships — Advise CFOs/CAOs and finance leadership to uncover new opportunities.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions using agentic AI, automation, and ERP tech across F&A operating models.
• Shape compelling value propositions to win CFO confidence and close large managed services deals.
• Deliver deep domain expertise in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A).
• Set thought leadership in Finance Reinvention, AI in F&A, and the finance function’s future.
