Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation, consulting, or BPO with a clear sales or revenue component.
• Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A sales and practice — manage full deal lifecycle from pursuit through project execution for global enterprise clients.
• Drive CFO-level relationships and act as trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leadership.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions using agentic AI, automation, and ERP technologies to reinvent F&A operating models.
