Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company seeks a Senior Director of Route to Market to lead the development and execution of a nationwide RTM strategy, optimizing DSD and distributor partnerships. You will guide a senior team, align RTM with strategic priorities, and drive data-informed decisions to strengthen market coverage and service excellence.

The role requires 10+ years in RTM within CPG, strong leadership, and expertise in statistical methods and BI-enabled planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of RTM leadership within CPG.
• 6–8 years leading high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term RTM strategies aligned with company priorities.
• Lead RTM expansion and distribution improvements across DP networks.
• Own and refine DP management processes and routines.
• Partner with BI to build reports measuring execution and field insights.
• Coach and develop RBDC distribution teams to meet KPIs.
