Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior RPO Sales Consultant based in the United States. You will drive revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic RPO opportunities across the U.S.

market, owning the end-to-end sales lifecycle from discovery to contract closure. You will build executive relationships, design tailored workforce solutions, and collaborate with delivery and client leadership to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 7+ to 10+ years in enterprise sales or related commercial roles.
• Experience selling RPO or workforce solutions.
• Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong consultative selling and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across the U.S.
• Own opportunities from prospecting through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Generate new business by engaging enterprise clients and building relationships.
• Lead consultative discovery to understand hiring objectives and workforce needs.
• Design scalable RPO solutions with delivery, operations, and client leadership.
• Build executive-level relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Expand current accounts through geographic and business-unit growth.
• Prepare tailored proposals, executive presentations, and value cases.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and complex commercial agreements.
• Maintain CRM pipeline, monitor activity, and deliver reliable forecasts.
