ARCXIS is seeking a highly skilled Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) to support operations in South Carolina. This role oversees boundary, topographic, and construction surveys, ensuring compliance with state regulations and delivering precise survey data for residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate holds an active SC PLS license, a bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field, and 5+ years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson, or Trimble.

Qualifications

• Active SC PLS license required.
• Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of surveying experience (boundary and construction).
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson, and Trimble.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee boundary, topographic, and construction surveys per SC standards.
• Prepare, review, and certify survey documents including plats and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
• Interpret and analyze survey data, title reports, and plans; ensure data quality.
