ARCXIS, headquartered in Houston, Texas, seeks a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) to oversee and perform land surveying activities ensuring state compliance and delivering accurate survey data for residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, professional judgment, and leadership of field and office survey efforts while maintaining ARCXIS’s commitment to quality and service.

Qualifications

• Active Professional Land Surveyor license required.
• Minimum 5+ years of surveying experience with boundary and construction surveys.
• Experience interpreting legal descriptions, plats, and construction documents.
• Proficient with survey software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson, and Trimble tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
• Prepare, review, and certify survey documents including plats and ALTA surveys.
• Interpret survey data, title reports, and construction plans.
• Sign and seal survey documents as required by state regulations.
• Coordinate with engineering, permitting, and inspection teams.
• Maintain client relationships and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, codes, and company standards.
• Support project timelines and budgets.
