Job summary

STV is seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) for our South Carolina Field Services & CEI operation. The role will lead survey tasks on multiple projects, mentor survey staff, and deliver high-quality boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.

The candidate must be SC-registered and have at least 4 years of surveying experience, with proficiency in Microstation/OpenRoads/Civil 3D/Trimble BTC. STV offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant surveying experience.
• Must be registered as Professional Land Surveyor in South Carolina.
• Strong knowledge in boundary analysis, topographic and construction surveys.
• Lead survey tasks on multiple projects and mentor staff.
• Prepare scopes of work and fees, ensuring QA/QC.
