Job summary

Arvato is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, build, and optimize automated workflows across business units. You will deploy bots, work with SAP integrations, and collaborate with operations and IT teams to scale automation initiatives.

The role requires hands-on experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and strong API, SQL/NoSQL, and AI/ML knowledge. You will participate in on-call support and document processes for end users.

Qualifications

5+ years hands on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
Ability to design technical specification documents for RPA projects.
Experience developing and consuming APIs.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with Databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Knowledge of AI and machine learning and workflow-based logic.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test automation workflows across teams/clients.
Deploy RPA components including bots, development tools, code repos and logging tools.
Provide guidance on process design and implementation of RPA solutions.
Support deployments and troubleshoot production issues, including on-call rotations.
Create process and end-user documentation and train users as needed.
QA automation processes and monitor performance and cost impact.
Ensure alignment with governance, ISMS, and data handling policies.
