Job summary

Arvato in Kentucky is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to lead automation projects across business units. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and optimize workflow automation using UiPath, Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere, with SAP integrations and cloud connectors.

You will collaborate with IT, operations and business teams to capture requirements, create technical designs, document processes and provide training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Experience designing technical specification documents for RPA projects.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAP (SD, WM, EWM) preferred.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Logic Apps.
• Programming languages: C/C++, Python, BPMN, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net.
• Microsoft PowerAutomate and PowerApps experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
• Deploy RPA components including bots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools.
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions and provide daily support as needed.
• Create process and end-user documentation and train users when necessary.
• Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).
• Monitor automation performance and impact on costs and resources.
• Align with governance and ISMS guidelines for all solutions and data handling policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional resources to define and deliver projects.
• Capture business requirements from stakeholders and translate to technical designs.
• Coordinate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration.
• Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
• Perform other tasks to ensure an efficient, safe, and goal-oriented work environment.
