Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
Ability to design technical specification documents for RPA projects.
Experience developing and consuming APIs.
Experience with Agile development methodology.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of AI and machine learning.
Understanding of workflow-based logic.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong time and project management skills.
Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SAP (SD, WM, EWM) preferred.
Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Logic Apps.
Experience in languages like C/C++, Python, BPMN, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net.
Power Automate and PowerApps experience.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance with process design for new processes and implementations with SAP connections.
Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
Deploy RPA components including bots and logging tools.
Support launches and daily operations of RPA solutions.
Create process and end-user documentation and train users.
Assure automation quality with QA processes.
Monitor performance and impact of automation on costs and resources.
Align with governance and ISMS data handling policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
Capture business requirements and translate to technical designs.
Work with developers to ensure proper implementation and integration.
Provide on-call support for deployments or production issues.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and processes.
