Job summary

ValueMomentum is seeking a highly experienced Senior RPA Developer to design, build, and scale enterprise automation solutions using UiPath. You will lead end‑to‑end RPA initiatives, adhering to REFramework and enterprise coding/security standards, while building reusable libraries for the team.

The role requires advanced integration work with APIs, databases, ERP/CRM systems and cloud platforms, plus mentoring of junior developers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT/software development experience with 5+ years RPA using UiPath
• Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator (Cloud), REFramework
• Experience with attended/unattended bots and Action Center
• Experience integrating RPA with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end‑to‑end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, following REFramework and enterprise coding/security standards
• Build and maintain reusable component libraries, templates, and coding standards for the broader development team
• Administer and optimize UiPath Orchestrator (Cloud & on‑prem) — queues, triggers, assets, storage buckets, exception handling, and monitoring
• Develop and execute automated test coverage using UiPath Test Suite / Test Manager
• Build and consume REST APIs; integrate UiPath with ERP, CRM, and other systems
• Manage credentials securely using Azure Key Vault, CyberArk, or equivalent vaulting tools
• Configure logging, monitoring, and alerting (e.g., via Datadog or similar) for production bot health
• Conduct RPA opportunity assessments, feasibility studies, and process/solution design documentation (PDD/SDD)
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior/mid‑level developers, and enforce automation best practices
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, QA, and Agile/Scrum teams to translate requirements into scalable automations
• Stay current with UiPath platform releases (Studio Web, Autopilot, Agent Builder, Apps, Action Center) and evaluate their applicability

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT/software development experience, with 5+ years hands‑on RPA development, primarily in UiPath.
• UiPath Studio, Orchestrator (Cloud Orchestrator), REFramework
• Attended & Unattended bots, Action Center
• UiPath Test Suite / Test Manager / Studio Test Automation Framework
• Document Understanding, Communications Mining (IXP)
• Experience integrating RPA with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and root‑cause troubleshooting skills.
