Job summary

Arvato is seeking a seasoned RPA Developer to innovate workflow automation. You will design, develop and test automation workflows, deploy RPA components, and support launches across teams.

You will document processes, ensure QA, monitor performance, and align with governance guidelines while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Role requires 5+ years in RPA, familiarity with SAP modules, APIs, and Azure/Power Platform tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Ability to design technical specification documents for RPA projects.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic.
• Strong attention to detail and project management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with SAP (SD, WM, EWM) preferred.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Logic Apps.
• Familiarity with programming languages (C/C++, Python, BPMN, VBScript, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, .Net).
• Microsoft Power Automate and PowerApps experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance with process design for new process designs and implementation of established solution across teams/clients with connections to overall IT system solutions, especially SAP
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows
• Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions – as well as daily support where necessary
• Create process and end-user documentation and train users when necessary
• Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes)
• Monitor automation performance and impact of automation to costs and resources
• Align with company governance and ISMS guidelines for all solutions and data handling policies
• Work with cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
• Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
• Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
• Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
• Any additional tasks that may be assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, clean, and goal-oriented work environment
