Job summary

Bertelsmann-Jobs is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to drive automation projects across the organization. You will design, build, test, and deploy scalable workflows, collaborating with business units, IT, and operations to optimize processes.

The role requires hands-on experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere, plus API integration, Agile practice, and strong analytical and communication skills. Some on-call rotations may apply.

Qualifications

5+ years hands on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
Ability to design technical specification documents for RPA projects.
Experience developing and consuming APIs.
Experience with Agile development methodology.
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
Understanding of workflow-based logic and process automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test automation workflows across teams/clients.
Deploy RPA components including bots, development tools, code repositories, and logging.
Support launch and daily operations of RPA solutions; participate in on-call rotation.
Create end-user documentation and train users as needed.
Ensure automation quality through QA processes and monitoring.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
Coordinate with development members to ensure proper integration.
