Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience conducting negotiations with emphasis on surface damage and right-of-way negotiations and resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, along with organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Secure ROW for pipeline, roads, locations and other operation functions.
• Handle inquiries and issues of EOG lessors and royalty owners.
• Settle damages for operation work to be performed.
• Coordinate the staking of locations with the drilling, land and exploration departments.
