Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced professional to acquire rights-of-way, site easements, leases and related real property. You will perform due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures and negotiate settlements with landowners and authorities.

Responsibilities include managing field acquisition teams, coordinating permits, researching title records, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations throughout pipeline projects.

Qualifications

• Experience securing rights-of-way and/or acquiring real estate.
• Experience, knowledge and/or training related to pipeline projects.
• Knowledge of property law and permit processes at multiple government levels.
• Ability to read survey descriptions, maps and plats and prepare related documents.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate payments for site easements, leases, real property, and ROW.
• Facilitate permits and term ROWs with government officials.
• Manage field acquisition activities for pipelines, stations and plants.
• Coordinate 3rd party ROW contractors on construction projects.
• Research title records, deeds, and legal descriptions for due diligence.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and local permit requirements.
