Job summary

EOG Resources in the United States is seeking a ROW negotiator to secure rights‑of‑way for pipelines, access roads, locations, and related operation needs, coordinating closely with the drilling, land and exploration teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years negotiating surface damage and ROW issues, excellent oral and written communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a performance‑driven, team environment; a good driving record is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience conducting negotiations with emphasis on surface damage and right-of-way negotiations and resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, along with organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Good driving record.

Will settle damages for any operation work to be performed. Coordinate the staking of locations with the drilling, land and exploration departments.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree is preferred. At least 5 years of experience conducting negotiations with strong emphasis on surface damage and right-of-way negotiations and resolution. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written along with superior communication and organizational skills. Must be able to handle multiple projects and obtain results in a performance driven, team oriented environment.

Position will be filled commensurate with experience.
