Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed applications and architecture.
- Expert-level Java and Spring Boot with microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Experience with contact center routing, ACD concepts, and high-throughput transaction systems.
Responsibilities
- Implement routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, capacity, and business rules.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and low-latency performance across queues and workloads.
- Design and maintain APIs for configuration, administration, monitoring, and integration.
