Job summary

Miratech seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead hands-on technical delivery for CX and contact center solutions. You will shape scalable Java/Spring Boot services, APIs, and front-end experiences using React and TypeScript, with API-first and event-driven design guiding architecture.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define platform roadmaps, ensure security and performance, and drive production-readiness across voice, digital channels, and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with architecture ownership.
• Expert Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, persistence, security, testing, and performance engineering.
• Strong expertise in Angular or React and TypeScript; can guide frontend architecture.
• Familiar with Node.js for services and integrations.
• Deep knowledge of voice infrastructure, real-time communications (SIP, WebRTC, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio).
• API-first design, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native engineering.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL) and AWS experience; Amazon Connect preferred.

Job Description We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership across CX and contact center solutions. You will shape scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, API-first design, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native practices while remaining directly involved in critical engineering work.

The Role

includes designing, developing voice infrastructure, digital-channel and messaging applications, and intelligent routing capabilities using technologies such as FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, and Twilio or comparable communications platforms. It suits a senior engineer who can move confidently between architecture, code, delivery risk, non-functional requirements, and client-facing technical discussions.

Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture and detailed technical design for scalable, secure, and highly available CX and contact center capabilities. Design and develop critical Java and Spring Boot services, APIs, integration components, and reference implementations. Guide frontend architecture for agent, supervisor, and administration experiences using React and TypeScript. Define API-first and event-driven strategies, including domain boundaries, contracts, event schemas, versioning, resilience, and data ownership. Design integrations across voice infrastructure, digital channels, messaging applications, routing engines, contact center platforms, CRM, WFM, identity, knowledge, recording, analytics, and enterprise applications. Design and evolve carrier-grade voice and communications capabilities using FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, SIP, WebRTC, and Twilio or comparable CPaaS platforms. Translate business journeys and operational requirements into solution components, interaction flows, deployment views, and technical roadmaps. Define non-functional requirements for availability, performance, concurrency, security, privacy, observability, disaster recovery, and supportability. Review designs and code, identify technical risks, challenge assumptions, and drive pragmatic decisions that balance quality, time, and cost. Establish engineering standards, reusable patterns, quality gates, documentation expectations, and technology adoption guidance. Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept work, platform assessments, modernization planning, and production-readiness reviews. Collaborate with client stakeholders, Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Security, Operations, and vendors to govern delivery and resolve critical technical issues.

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience, including substantial ownership of architecture and technical delivery for distributed applications. Expert-level hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, persistence, security, testing, and performance engineering. Strong expertise in Angular or React and TypeScript, with the ability to guide frontend architecture and engineering practices. Practical familiarity with Node.js for services, integrations, tooling, or server-side frontend patterns. Strong knowledge of voice infrastructure and real-time communications, including SIP, RTP, WebRTC, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, session control, media handling, and telephony troubleshooting. Deep understanding of API-first design, event-driven architecture, messaging, distributed systems, and cloud-native engineering. Experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases, data modeling, integration data flows, and transactional design. Experience with AWS services and Amazon Connect is preferred. Hands-on experience with contact center or CX platforms and the operational concepts behind customer routing and engagement. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce clear technical documentation and lead client-facing workshops.

Nice To Have

Experience designing digital-channel and messaging applications across SMS, chat, WhatsApp, social messaging, email, or comparable channels. Experience designing routing engines for voice and digital interactions, including skills, priorities, queues, capacity, overflow, and fallback logic. Experience with Genesys, NICE, Five9, Amazon Connect, Cisco, Avaya, or comparable contact center platforms. Exposure to WFM processes and integrations involving forecasting, schedules, adherence, etc. Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, Jenkins, observability platforms, API gateways, and security architecture. Practical experience with AI-assisted software development or AI-enabled solutions, including tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot, is a plus.
